"I really wanted to love this because it’s..."
I really wanted to love this because it’s so lightweight and easy to bring around, which made me feel like it would be perfect for reading anywhere. But after a while, my hand starts to cramp, and that kind of ruins the relaxing mood for me. It’s portable, sure, but not as comfortable as I hoped.

"Ads bother me less than I expected"
I use kindle pretty much most nights before bed, and the ads don’t really bother me. Compared to some other apps I’ve used where pop-ups get in the way every two seconds, these feel easy to ignore. Promotions show up now and then, but they don’t interrupt my reading or ruin the experience. Overall, it’s been a smooth app for me and I don’t have any major complaints.
"I couldn’t even get through the..."
I couldn’t even get through the setup. It felt wayyy more confusing than it needed to be, and I ended up just giving up.

"The Kindle works fine overall, like…"
The Kindle works fine overall, like no real issues with using it or anything, but I guess I was expecting the battery to last a lot longer. It’s still totally usable, I just find myself having to charge it more often than I thought I would, which is a little annoying. Not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed after using it for a bit.

"I wanted to give kindle a fair…"
I wanted to give Amazon Kindle a fair try on both my laptop and my phone, but the reading experience just didn’t work for me. The text felt too cramped, the contrast wasn’t comfortable, and after about 15 minutes my eyes were already tired. I tried adjusting the font and brightness because I figured maybe it was just my settings, but it didn’t make much of a difference. To be fair, it might be fine for other people, but I think a basic reading page should be much easier on the eyes. For me, it was a 1-star experience

"I had an issue with my…"
I had an issue with my kindle account i was annoyed in the beginning because the replies took a little longer than I expected. But once support got back to me, the person helping was really nice and explained things clearly, which made me feel a lot better. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they did get everything sorted in the end, so I’m fine with it

The books get messy really fast, and... sorting through them just feels kind of frustrating. I wanted it to be easier to keep things organized, but yeah, it’s a bit of a hassle.

"Book Download Took Way Too Long"
It took forever to download the book, which was already frustrating enough. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification over and over, and it made the whole process feel way more annoying than it needed to be

"Exporting notes shouldn’t be this confusing"
I use my Kindle a lot for highlights and notes, but trying to export them is frustrating. The formatting comes out messy, and the whole process feels way more limited than it needs to be. What annoys me most is that it’s not really clear what’s going to export, how it’ll look, or why some things don’t work the way you’d expect. If you actually rely on annotations, it’s a disappointing experience.

"I use Kindle a lot the…"
I use Kindle a lot the ebook selection is solid. Most of the popular stuff is easy to find, which is nice, and I love being able to read a sample first before deciding if I want to buy it. The prices are kind of all over the place though, sometimes they’re decent, sometimes I’m like, wait, for an ebook? But anyway, for smaller authors or older books, it can be a bit hit or miss. I’ve searched for a few titles and they were either missing completely or only available in another language, which was a little frustrating. Still, overall it’s not bad at all. I just wish it felt a bit more complete, especially when you’re looking for something less mainstream.

"Sturdy little Kindle, honestly"
I’ve had my Kindle for a few months now, and the thing I keep noticing is how solid it feels. I’m not really paying attention to every tiny feature, but the build quality definitely stands out to me. It’s light without feeling flimsy, the buttons feel clean, and I haven’t noticed any weird gaps, creaks, or cheap edges.
I did drop it once on the carpet, and thankfully it was totally fine. The screen still looks perfect, which is mostly what I care about anyway. For the price, I’m happy with it and it feels sturdy enough for everyday use.

"Worth it most months"
Amazon Kindle Unlimited has been worth it for me. I’m usually reading thrillers or some random self-help book, and there’s almost always enough on there to keep you busy without having to buy every single book. Not every title I want is included, which can be annoying, but for the monthly price, I still feel like you get your money’s worth most months.

"Finally, an app that doesn’t overcomplicate things"
I like that this app is simple and easy to use. It never really leaves me confused, which I appreciate because, some apps feel like they’re almost trying to make things harder than they need to be.

"Easy to use, but the prices surprised me"
I’ll admit I felt a little embarrassed because I bought the kindle thinking I’d be saving a lot on books, but that hasn’t really been the case. The device itself is super easy to use, and I do like reading on it, but some of the ebook prices are almost the same as the paper versions now. For me, the value just doesn’t feel as good as I expected.

I’ve really enjoyed using this because it just feels effortless. The pages turn quickly, the battery seems to last forever, and I haven’t had it freeze up on me once. For my day-to-day reading, that makes a bigger difference than I expected.

"The formatting gets weird more often than I expected"
I use Amazon Kindle regularly, and the formatting on some books drives me a little nuts. Lines will break in awkward places, headings look like they were dropped in randomly, and the spacing can be weird from one page to the next. It kind of makes me wonder if some of these files are just pushed through quickly so they can get the ebook listed, instead of someone actually reading through it first.
I get that it probably depends on the publisher or the specific book, but if I’m paying for an ebook, I expect it to look cleaner than that. It’s not like the books are unreadable, but the messy layout pulls me out of reading fast. Feels like the priority is more on getting the sale than making sure the reading experience is actually polished.

"Refund promise didn’t match what actually happened"
I returned a Kindle order because it just wasn’t what I was looking for. The return page made it sound like the refund would be processed quickly, so I figured it would be simple and over with, but days went by and nothing showed up.
What’s more frustrating is support kept sending the same copy-and-paste response, and I had to explain the situation all over again every time. They promise a smooth, fast refund process, but that has not been my experience at all. I’m still waiting, i don’t see myself buying from kindle.com again.

The DRM just feels kind of restrictive. I get why it’s there, but as a regular user it can be a little Annoying when I just want to use what I paid for without extra hassle. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something I noticed.

"Really Annoying Sync Issue"
My books keep jumping to different pages when I switch between my phone and Kindle, it’s frustrating. It makes the whole reading experience feel clunky when all I want is to pick up where I left off.
